Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Water Tracker app (the "App") provided by MintSoft ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Water Tracker helps you log your daily drinks, set a hydration goal, receive reminders and view statistics. The App works without an account, and your data is stored on your device.
2. Medical Disclaimer
The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Daily goals, hydration factors and other information in the App are general guidance only. If you have a medical condition (for example, kidney or heart conditions), are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have been advised to limit fluids, consult a healthcare professional before changing how much you drink.
3. Free Version and Ads
The App is free to download and use. The free version may show ads, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Pro Lifetime Purchase
Pro Lifetime is a one-time in-app purchase, not a subscription. It removes ads and unlocks Pro features for as long as the App is available on your platform. Payment is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and is charged to your store account.
5. Refunds
Purchases are non-refundable except as required by the refund policy of the Apple App Store or Google Play, or by applicable law. Refund requests must be made to Apple or Google, as we cannot process refunds directly.
6. Restoring Purchases
If you reinstall the App or switch to a new device on the same platform, tap "Restore Purchases" in Settings while signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account. Purchases cannot be transferred between iOS and Android.
7. Your Data
Your logs are stored only on your device. We do not provide cloud backup, so deleting the App or losing your device may permanently erase your data. You can export your data as a CSV file at any time.
8. Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property
You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the App, or to use it in any unlawful way. The App and its content are owned by MintSoft and protected by intellectual property laws.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, MintSoft is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data, or health outcomes arising from your use of the App.
10. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may change, update or discontinue the App or these Terms. We will post updated Terms on this page. Continuing to use the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
